Dear friends, partners, and whomever else it may concern,

I thought I'd take a minute to introduce Anchor Property Group. My primary focus for the many decades to come, my passion project, and the cornerstone of my business interests.

After selling my marketing agency which I founded, managed and grew for nearly a decade well into the realm of 7-figures, I knew it was time. I knew it was time to go all-in on the dream, the real dream... Not the one you do because it's easy or practical. But the one that you could do for the rest of your life even if nobody paid you a dime.

To me, that dream has always been Real Estate, also known as... real life Monopoly!

I needed a new mission, I needed somewhere to put all of the experience as a business owner, manager, leader, and marketer... somewhere that had unlimited potential, was ripe for disruption, and after a decade behind a computer, something tangible that I could touch and feel. Real estate checked all of those boxes.

Dabbling in real estate investment for the past 6 or 7 years, I knew it was time to get serious. Anchor Property Group is the company I've wanted to build since I was 16... A company that I hope will become a real estate empire driven not just by profits, but by creative curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit at every level.

Our strategies are not based on trendy new books or fancy mastermind groups that tend to come and go with the seasons... but instead will be built on the foundation of broad business and investment experience, deep industry insights, modern technology, and a focus on simplicity and practicality.

Anchor Property Group is a real estate development, investment, and management company. As a firm, our focus currently ranges from land development, to commercial property acquisition and management. For the time being we are a fully self funded operation. However, we recognize our goals will eventually outgrow our own pocket book and we are open to raising and managing capital through private equity, trusts, and other fund structures in the near future.

Although we primarily work on our own internal projects, we are also always open to partnerships, joint ventures, and providing services to select outside clients.

Services include property acquisition and disposition, property consulting, project management, asset management, and property management.

Although a new company, Anchor has already completed a few successful projects and will be aggressively targeting the completion of more before year end.
